I find this help system to be more time consuming to use compared to true context-sensitive help. You can show (or hide) the table of contents by clicking the book icon on the menu. If you find your searches return too many results, you can filter your searches by clicking the black arrow on the Search button and selecting a filter. Then either enter a search term in the search box to find the help you need, or choose a topic from the Browse Word Help window to drill down to more specific topics. When you click the Help icon or press F1, the general help window opens.
